Marketing Coordinator

    Position Summary

    The Marketing Copywriter, Specialist II will report directly to the Creative Director and will work across the creative team to develop headlines, copy and other content that communicates the unique value proposition to the customer. This position will work closely with the market research team to understand the personas of the customers and strategize across the marketing function to test and retest creative effectiveness.

    • Write, edit, and proofread copy for digital and print marketing materials, including emails, social media posts, blog posts, website content, product descriptions, video scripts, and more.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create messaging that aligns with brand tone, voice, and style guidelines.
    • Develop content that supports marketing strategies, such as email campaigns, degree and certificate launches, and build content unique to region and demographics.
    • Monitor and analyze content performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and conversion rates.

    Salary for this position is $60k to $65k per year.

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

      • Bachelors degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
      • 2+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a marketing or advertising role.
      • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
      • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and content marketing best practices.
      • Ability to adapt writing style to various platforms and target audiences.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

      This position is required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will pay for all travel and lodging accommodations.
